The delicately browned skin of chef Sang Mi Kang’s Korean double-fried chicken retains its improbable crunch even when doused in one of seven house-made sauces (ranging from buffalo to spicy garlic fish). Cut by the sharpness of pickled radishes, this symphony of texture and flavor is enough to bring a tear to one’s eye…though that could just be the soju talking.
